This website has been created and is operated by Millesima Travel (trade name MillesimaHotels.com). We act as an intermediate between hotels and attendees to 37 th World Congress on Military Medicine, we were assigned by the congress committee in order to centralise the accommodation event bookings and to facilitate booking procedures providing CIMM Attendees with the possibility to search and book hotel accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by hotels. Although we do our utmost best to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information.

2 . Privacy

MillesimaHotels.com uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Please have a look at our privacy policy for further information.

3. Credit Card Payment

When you make a booking you will automatically enter into an agreement with MillesimaHotels.com concerning the hotel you have chosen. Your credit card will be charged through the SPS server of SMT (Société Monétique Tunisie - labelled by Verisign Secure Site, Master Card Secure code and Verified by Visa), as you will pay for your entire stay directly to MillesimaHotels.com. No booking is to be considered confirmed unless receiving the approval code from SMT by an automatic e-mail to you and to MillesimaHotels.com, if you do not receive the approval code and your credit card has been charged, please feel free to contact us: cimm2007@Millesimahotels.com .

4. Booking Confirmation

Once Credit Card Payment approved by SMT, you will receive two e-mails:

1- Approval Code: to show that payment has been approved by SMT in case of any accounting verifications.

2- Booking Confirmation: to show all the information about your booking and MillesimaHotels.com contact in case of change requests. Please note that the “Booking Confirmation” is the document to provide to the hotel the day of Check in as voucher.

5. Cancellation

The opinions of cancellation and the requests for refunding must be subjected in writing to the power station of reservation MillesimaHotels.com

Cancellation fees:

- Before February 20 th : 25% of the total amount.

- February 20 th to March 20 th : 50% of the total amount.

- After March 20 th : 100% Not refundable.

6. Booking Changes

All changes must be subjected in writing to the power station of reservation MillesimaHotels.com

All changes after March 20 th will be subjected to a file fee of 15Euro per change that will be added to your final invoice.
